Affordable Fall Basics
The looks above are absolutely stunning, but they probably cost thousands each. Every Sunday we have been posting a question box to our Instagram stories to see what y’all are shopping for. We send and post a link back of something we love from your requests. Over the past two weeks we’ve probably gotten ten requests for affordable fall clothes. Most have been for elevated everyday wear and basics. We decided to take a deeper dive and curate an edit of must have fall basics that are under $150. You’ll look like Kendall, but spend like…well, a normal person.
With this capsule style collection you can mix and match different outfit combos for unique looks that don’t break the bank. Most items from this edit could be swapped and matched together to create new looks. For example, if you wanted an all cream monochromatic look, you would take beige jeans and pair them with a cream sweater, the Zara fleece jacket, and cream booties. Black Sweater
The black sweater is a must have. It’s the most versatile item and will never go out of style. A black turtleneck or great bodysuit will work, too.
Leather Jeans
We just love leather and can’t get enough for fall. There’s so many affordable leather pant options now!
Cream Sweater
A good cream sweater is a must. Also chic and will go with anything. We love pairing cream with rust, chocolate brown and olive green for fall.
A Sweater in Your Best hue
What color(s) do you tend to gravitate towards? Think about the colors you already own and the colors that flatter your skin tone. Add a sweater in that shade to your closet.
DARK WASH Jeans
Something Metallic
You should definitely consider adding something metallic to your fall wardrobe! Even if it’s just a clutch and not full on metallic pants, it’s a great way to elevate your look for fall.
Faux Leather Shorts
Leather shorts are another versatile staple because you can dress them up or down. Add heels and a fur coat to dress them up for date night, or French tuck a sweater and pair with sneakers for a daytime look.
